Diabetic Education
Hamilton Healthcare System offers a specialized program in diabetes care focusing on disease management and education. The program staff works with patients and their families to address individual needs and concerns and to meet treatment goals. Instructors are Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE) through the National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators (NCBDE). The program is accredited by the American Association of Diabetes Educators (AADE).
