Hamilton Wellness Center helps members reach 2012 goals
Whether your goal is to lose weight, get moving or simply adapt healthier habits in 2012, the Hamilton Wellness Center is here to help you meet those needs.
The Hamilton Wellness Center offers a complete fitness center with 24-hour access, heated salt-water fitness pool, group classes, and personal training. It is also home to Hamilton Healthcare System’s physical therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation and diabetes education departments.
Personal trainers Jon Lengefeld and Kim Hinton are available to help you develop a plan to reach your goals. Using the MicroFit® Interactive System, they can help you assess your strengths and target areas that need improvement.
Members have 24-hour access to the fitness center so your workouts fit your schedule. The friendly, knowledgeable staff at the Wellness Center is on hand Monday through Thursday from 7am to 6pm and Friday 7 am to 4pm.
The Hamilton Wellness Center offers a wide variety of popular group classes free to members including aqua fitness, step aerobics, yoga, Zumba, kickboxing, clogging, swiss ball and more Monday through Friday.
Through the Hamilton Wellness Center website, members have access to a number of fitness calculators, training plans, fitness and nutrition tips, and more.
