Patients are top priority at Hamilton General Hospital, so if illness or injury bring you to HGH, you can count on a team of caring nurses to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Hamilton General Hospital's RNs, LVNs and nurses aides provide comfort and patient care, throwing in huge portions of TLC. Each nurse is a patient advocate, dedicated to meeting the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients. The nurses improve their knowledge and skills through continuing education courses and specialty training, and also educate their patients regarding health, safety and illness prevention. Our goals are to ensure that patients receive exceptional healthcare and that they and their families have the information they need to make informed decisions.
