Social Services
Hamilton Healthcare System’s Social Services Department provides resources and support for inpatient, outpatient and clinic patients. The department cares for patients and is professional and efficient in directing them to counseling, financial screening, referrals, coordination of discharge needs, crisis intervention and prescription assistance. The Social Services Department also maintains a list of community resources available in Hamilton and surrounding counties.
