Fitness is fun. Thanks to our trained and certified professionals, Hamilton Wellness Center offers our members a wide variety of group classes for every fitness level.

Zumba

Instructor: Christi Carr

Zumba combines Latin and international music in dance routines featuring aerobic and fitness interval training done to a combination of fast and slow rhythms. 

Circuit Training

Instructor: Kim Hinton

Circuit Training incorporates various exercises for all fitness components. This class combines exercises for sculpting, fat burning, strength and endurance.

Kickboxing

Instructor: Nancy Henkes

Fitness Level: Beginner-Advanced

Kickboxing refers to the sport of combining technique and style of boxing with kicking. It incorporates kickboxing practices for strength, endurance, fat burning, core strength and self-defense.

Arthritis Aerobics

Instructor: Donna Anglin

Fitness Level: Beginner-Advanced

Arthritis Aerobics is a class developed to help both men and women who struggle with arthritis.  It is designed to increases your range of motion as well as provide some exercises to benefit your health. This instructor is certified through the Arthritis Foundation.

Aqua Fitness/Aqua Babes

Instructor: Donna Anglin and Kim Hinton

Fitness Level: Beginner-Advanced

Aqua Fitness / Aqua Babes are both classes designed to help women & men of all ages increase their strength, flexibility, and endurance by using the natural resistance of the water. These instructors are certified through the Arthritis Foundation.

Men's Aqua Class

Aqua Fit

Aqua Fit is a co-ed class designed to increase endurance, stamina and strength without the impact of land exercise.

Water Cardio

Swiss Ball

Instructor: Kim Hinton

Fitness Level: Beginner - Advanced

Swiss Ball Class allows your body to respond to the instability of the ball in order to stay balanced.  This engages many more muscles, like the core/abdominal muscles and back muscles that work to keep you balanced.

Yoga/Pilates Group

Instructor: None

Fitness Level: Beginner - Advanced

Yoga/Pilates Group is a group of individuals who meet and practice a combination of Yoga and Pilates exercises to increase flexibility and coordination while toning core muscle groups.

Yoga Group

Instructor: None

Fitness Level: Beginner - Advanced

Yoga Group is a group of individuals who meet to increase flexibility, movement of joints, and tone core muscles in a non aggressive way.

Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a high intense class designed to burn body fat and calories while increasing muscle tone thru cardio and weight training. 

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics is an aerobics performed in a choreographed routine by stepping up onto and down from a portable riser or step.

Interval Training

Fitness Level: Advanced

Interval Training combines short, high intensity bursts of speed, with slow, recovery phases, repeated during one exercise session which allows your body to build speed and endurance while burning calories.

Cardio & Toning
